The longer the Patriots continue to dominate on the field, the harder it becomes for anyone to remember them as anything other than a model franchise. Yet for the bulk of their existence, the Pats were the laughingstock of the NFL. From Darkness to Dynasty: The First 40 Years of the New England Patriots tells the unlikely history of the New England Patriots. From their humble beginnings to their first Super Bowl victory, Thornton shares the story of the first forty years of the most dominant franchise in NFL history.

Jerry Thornton writes for Barstool Sports and is co-host of WEEI's NFL Sunday program.  He has appeared on HBO's Emmy Award-winning "Curse of the Bambino" and in the Deflategate documentary "Four Games in Fall." He's been part of the Boston comedy scene for over 25 years and was the winner of the Boston Comedy Riot competition.
