Saturday, November 18, 2017

Each November, Plymouth 400's IIlluminate Thanksgiving event brings communities together to GIVE THANKS and GIVE BACK. This inspirational event brings to life Governor William Bradford's famous quote, "As one small candle may light a thousand, so the light here kindled hath shone unto many," a message that is still so relevant today.

This evening of art, music, history, and culture aims to inspire and engage people across the globe in being grateful and being the light in the lives of others.

Garden's Aglow at Heritage Museum

Friday, November 24, 2017 - 4:30pm to Saturday, December 30, 2017 - 8:30pm

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from November 24 through December 30, join us for the celebration of lights that has become a treasured holiday tradition. In addition to the beautiful light displays throughout the gardens, the event features nightly performances at 6:30 pm in the Automobile Gallery. St. Nick will hold court in the 1913 Model T Ford. Families can view a stunning model train display and create a craft together to take home. People of all ages can take a spin (or two) on the vintage carousel and roast marshmallows together at the fire pits. On Saturdays, Chip Koser of South Cape Ice Sculptures will demonstrate ice carving, giving visitors the opportunity to see an ice sculpture created right before their eyes, and to take their photos with the sculptures. Stroll the gardens with family and friends, and enjoy Heritage in a whole new light. Check the weblink for updated information and tickets.
