North River Nature Camp offers one-week sessions for campers ages 4.5–14. Choose between a variety of theme-based weeks or specialty sessions to discover, explore, and be outside this summer.
After Camp is available during the weeks of 7/10, 7/17, 7/31, and 8/7.
It’s officially time to focus on summer! If you’re looking for ways to keep your kids active and engaged all summer long, look no further than Mass Audubon’s accredited, award-winning North River Nature Camp in Marshfield!

We inspire campers entering grades K-9 to better understand, enjoy, and appreciate the natural world and their place in it. Choose from a variety of themed weekly sessions where campers will discover local wildlife through outdoor adventures, hands-on activities, creative arts and crafts, games, songs, and unstructured free play. We create opportunities for personal growth and social development as campers interact with nature and one another, developing confidence and making connections with friends and nature designed to last a lifetime. Small group sizes allow us to provide a high-quality educational experience that includes individual attention and age-appropriate instruction in a welcoming, supportive environment. Our 225-acre North River Wildlife Sanctuary provides a wonderful natural space to explore and learn, and most sessions include field trips to other local sites like Duxbury Beach or Blue Hills Reservation. Check the weblink for Payment Plans, Discounts, Financial Aid, registration and more information.

Last year we grew long waitlists for several sessions – don’t let that happen to you! Check out our camp brochure, FAQs, and register today by visiting the weblink or calling 781-837-9400. You can also reach us at northrivercamp@massaudubon.org and follow us at facebook.com/MassAudubonSouthShore.
