The Wines
Cranberry- this is our signature wine, a 100% cranberry masterpiece. This unique wine has the distinct flavor of the cranberry, coupled with a delicious wine taste. This wine perfectly compliments any holiday meal of turkey or chicken.

Cranberry Blush- a blend of 90% white grape wine and 10% cranberry, this blush wine is akin to White Zinfandel, but instead of red grape we use cranberry for our color and flavor.

Mayflower White- a Rhine style German wine similar to Riesling, is a flavorful spicy white that is great with a meal or as a cocktail.

Pilgrims White- our dry white wine, similar to a Pinot Gregio or Chardonnay, this wine perfectly suits a seafood dish.

Diamond- a subtle white wine that has a sweet taste without the overpowering sugar. Diamond like its name is recognized for its rarity and quality.

Mayflower Red- this deep flavored traditional red is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz, was aged in oak to give it a rich, yet fruity red flavor. This is a perfect match for red meat or an Italian pasta dish.

Blueberry- this sweet dessert wine is like a sweet red wine. The blueberry skins have tannin which gives red wine its full flavor. This dessert wine is great with desserts such as cheesecake or vanilla ice cream.

Raspberry- a unique dessert wine similar to raspberry liquor with its rich taste. This wine is an excellent addition to champagne or with chocolate cake.

Apple- a sweet wine is almost like a cider but with more of the apples natural flavor. This wine matches well with pork dishes or poultry.

Peach - this sweet fruit was used to make a potent wine. With high sugar content this fruit is fermented to make one of the richest wines on our list.

Ice Wine- the pinnacle of wine making. Vidal grapes are frozen on the vine and the most succulent juice is harvested to make this wine. A rarity in American wine making this fall we will be offering one of the first ice wines made in
Massachusetts.
