For your convenience, Island tour tickets are available for purchase at our Woods Hole and Hyannis terminals beginning in mid-April and ending in mid-October. Both Islands provide island-wide bus service, plus there are plenty of taxis, car rentals and bike rentals available.

The Nantucket Sea & See: A perfect day trip idea!
This package includes round-trip ferry transportation from Hyannis to Nantucket and a 1.5 hour scenic tour of Nantucket. The Whaling Museum, located in the heart of town and just steps away from the Steamship Authority docks, at 13 Broad Street. Featuring a fully restored 1847 spermaceti candle factory that houses the original whale-oil beam press—a three-story wooden structure that is the only such artifact still in its original location anywhere in the world—the museum also has a forty-six-foot sperm whale skeleton as a featured artifact, especially impressive because the sperm whale put Nantucket on the map as the most prosperous port in America during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
