Ring in the holiday season with the Snug Harbor Community Chorus’s popular winter concert. Directed by Dr. Randy McGee and accompanied on piano by Steven Bergman, the concert features nearly 70 singers performing an eclectic mix of classical pieces, traditional Christmas carols, and Hanukkah songs that reflect the spirit of the season. Other highlights include an audience singalong of holiday favorites, performances by the chorus’s Roy S. Kelley scholarship students, and a raffle for cash and prizes.

Tickets are available online at www.snugharborcc.org, at the Studio and Westwinds Bookshop in Duxbury, from chorus members, and at the Performing Arts Center box office on the night of the show. Tickets for either show cost $15 for adults; $5 for children 10 and younger; and $12 each for groups of 10 or more.

Incorporated in 1998, Snug Harbor is a nonprofit, non-audition chorus, with members from throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod. The chorus performs two main concerts each year, in spring and in December. In addition, as a community chorus, members participate in outreach activities at many civic and charitable events throughout the region including Holly Days in Duxbury. Each year, the chorus presents vocal performance scholarships to local high school music students. For more information, visit snugharborcc.org, or like Snug Harbor Community Chorus on FaceBook.
