These youth-oriented events are designed to create an inspirational atmosphere anywhere that people gather, to stimulate gratitude and giving in communities, groups, and families. Based upon Governor William Bradford’s quote: “…as one small candle may light a thousand, so the light here kindled hath shone to many…” the One Small Candle Award is given to an individual who has made a difference in many lives at a young age.Read more

The Old Colony Club's Forefather’s Day Parade and the celebration of the landing of the Pilgrims begins at 5:45am at the Old Colony Club, 25 Court Street to North Street on to Cole’s Hill
Reading of the Declaration of Independence and the Mayflower Compact, Proclamations and Benediction in honor of Plymouth’s Forefathers, followed by The Old Colony Artillery Company cannon firing.
Parade resumes marching up Leyden Street to Court Street and returns to The Old Colony Club.Read more

Main Street will be closed for an outdoor family friendly celebration featuring laser light shows every hour, jugglers, fire shows, roving acapella groups, drum lines, balloon artists, face painters, pop-up art shows, and more!
