Learn more about HMG’s successful practices with planting and replanting of Hydrangeas. Learn about planting techniques, soil creation and amendment, mulching best practices, fertilizing, and hydrangea bloom color control!
Also held on May 11 10:30am-12pm
This session is geared towards gardeners who wish to learn more about Heritage’s successful practices associated with the very important garden chores of planting and replanting. While the focus of this workshop is hydrangeas, the planting techniques and soil creation and amendment procedures are largely universal to most of the woody ornamentals you would plant on the Cape. Mal will also cover the important best practices of mulching, fertilizing, and hydrangea bloom color control. Advance registration is recommended as space is limited and these programs often sell out!
Tickets on sale in mid-February. Fee: $17 Members, $27 Non-Members
