Tea Ceremony Presentations are given at 2pm in the tea hut situated in a Japanese garden on the museum grounds. Admission is free. The 2019 tea ceremonies are scheduled on three Sundays: June 30, July 28 and September 29. The Art Complex Tea Hut, Shofuan,"Wind in The Pines Hut" was designed by Kojiro Tomita's long time friend Gofu Sano and built in Kyoto Japan in 1969. It was reassembled here in 1975 and dedicated to the Tomitas at an inaugural tea ceremony.Read more

The Summer Adventure Program offers six weeks of discovery and exploration for children ages 5-11. From tide pools to pond yachts and mermaids to shipwrecks, kids will explore a different theme each week! Summer Adventure meets Tuesday-Thursday from 9:30-12:30. The 25th annual FoodFest fundraiser will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the Launch at the Hingham Shipyard and Hingham Beer Works.
