Plymouth's 2018 Veterans Day Ceremony

Saturday, November 10, 2018 - Local Veterans will pay tribute to those who fought in World War I, honoring the 100th Anniversary. This year's guest speaker will be David Hosford, a Vietnam Veteran who retired from the Army as a chief warrant officer 3 after a 20 year career. A Franklin native and longtime Plymouth resident, Hosford served two tours of duty in Vietnam. There will also be a special recognition for local Air Force Veteran, Bill Burke. U.S. Rep. William Keating, D-Bourne, will present Burke with the Korean Ambassador for Peace Medal.

The observances will include musical selections from the Plymouth High Schools Band and the Legion Bud Band. Dan West will present a rendition of "Grand Old Flag". Doors open at 10:30am.
The Department of Veterans' Services and Plymouth's Veterans Council invites the public for its Veterans Day Celebration.
